Through her research, Robin knew delivering personalized recommendations in a timely manner was the key to creating a valuable virtual experience to her customers. Her customers expressed a desire to speak to a ‘person’ about their design needs but did not want to pay the high fees that usually come with an interior design consultant.

Agentwire worked with Robin’s team to identify the key customer questions and concerns. We then trained a smart agent using Agentwire’s custom workflow platform to deliver personalized interior design search results for every customer. The smart agent provided a natural language interface, while other nodes in the workflow provided search results based on customer desires. We then seamlessly integrated the workflow through api to Robin's existing software.
