Esther is an award winning educator and internationally best selling author of, “How to Raise Successful People”. Millions of parents around the world have read about her TRICK methodology for parenting. Esther’s goal is to give every parent access to her advice and methodology on demand. She approached Agentwire to help her create a new digital experience that could reach parents throughout the world.
Challenge
Esther knows there are more struggling parents in the world than she can help with her books and speaking engagements alone. Esther is a Silicon Valley trailblazer and she knows having a digital experience for her content is the perfect distribution channel. But how can she create a mobile app that gives her users an uncanny sense they are speaking with her directly while only utilizing her trusted TRICK methodology?
Solution
Agentwire worked with Esther to develop a smart agent that is trained exclusively on her lifetime of content. To help hyper personalize the experience, we created a pathways feature that creates personalized action plans for every user. The pathways and agent driven advice are powered by Esther’s TRICK methodology.

To build the app’s knowledge base, we ingested over 100GB of Esther’s public speeches, social media posts, and other writings. We then used a custom workflow to utilize her TRICK methodology to generate hundreds of new lessons from the data. The lessons serve as the app’s brains. We then built a front end mobile application and helped her launch one of the first parent coaching apps driven by generative AI in the world! Her app is now available in beta on the Google Play and Apple App Store.
